Scope:
In my earlier posts I talk about Roadmap and Schedules are important part of Program Integration Strategy. In this post I’m trying to cover other major component which effect and affect the Project Integration Strategy, and that is SCOPE.
As SAP Loan Management (CML) consists of a very complex technical implementation along with other SAP or Non SAP phased projects. An each business process for Loan Management is high plus each business process represents a complex business relationship. You have to outlines clearly the scope of Integration. Not only that, also draw the scope approach that will be taken to integrate the different projects together into Program Integration strategy.
In the next post I will cover the sub components or core elements of the Scope in Projects Integration Strategy.
