What should be the Approach for Projects Integration?

I’m starting this new series of Projects Integration Strategy blog. In this series I will try to cover all component of Program (Bundle of projects) Integration plan.

So the first question comes up is, what is the one big major component of Integration? And the answer is Schedule, yes it’s SCHEDULE, schedule is the only big components of integration strategy. Guys believe me it is the biggest challenge in Program Integration strategy. Mostly all Project Manager and all Program Manager will agree with me. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind, that if you screw up with projects integration schedule you screw up with all Program. You’re Program and projects will fail, gone baby gone…

Schedule should be very clear and clean, there should be no doubt about it in Stakeholder, Program Managers and Project Managers mind. You need a very solid roadmap if you need your schedule be very clear and clean.
