Roadmap

In this post I’m trying to cover one of the sub components of Schedule and that is Roadmap.

A concrete Roadmap is foundation of Schedule component. So Roadmap also must be real and tangible. Roadmap should include all the major releases of integrations. The roadmap should embrace program oversight along with overall program. With details like Projects, Phase and Projects start date and Project status. The roadmap should have Program decommissioned date too.

After done with Overall Program roadmap, next focused must be details of major releases of integrated projects. This includes what type of project bundle so that the dependency flows smoothly between projects, which are very import part of Integration Programs. You also include Project Current Status, Project Phase, Projects Start date, Dependency, Project priority, Project Manager Names.
