To facilitate communication between integration projects, the program implement:

• Daily standup meetings between integration project managers
• Weekly risk, issue and integration meetings between all project managers
• Bi-weekly project assumption meetings between business analysts on the integration projects
• Weekly status meetings with all technical staff managers and program stakeholders to review and discuss program level issues
• Specific communications as noted in the following sections.
