Roles:
This one is the big mess in very big organization, where employees are from 3000-5000, like here. In big Programs which include several projects in it, Roles play a very critical part in the success of Project Integration Strategy.
Roles: You must have some kind of a tool and methodology for defining roles across-multiple applications. If you don’t know how many roles should include, then iron it down. If not then, there is not doubt you Integration will fail. So it not a projects will not actually define the roles; individual integration projects will define the roles. There should not be any ambiguity while creating Roles. They should straight and clear across multiple applications and projects.
