What is Change Management process?
Let me put in very simple words, so that every lay man can understand Change Management process.
First thing first, it's NOT an individual process for designing a business solution, or a process improvement method, or a stand-alone technique for improving organizational performance.
If anyone is confused with above processes, then you are wrong.
Change Management process is tools and techniques for managing the people-side of change, that's it. It is a method for reducing and managing resistance to change when implementing process, technology or organizational change. It's about managing change to realize business results.
