1. Test Phase: Here we can debate on how many test phases are in QA. I just summarized them all and not in sequence .

Environment/Landscape/Systems: There is no hard and fast rule, it depends on what is current in organization.

Simple: Tier0, 1, 2, 3, X, Production.

SAP: Sandbox (with different clients), Dev (with different clients-300/500/700), QA(100/200), UAT(100) and Prod.
